RYAN, Circuit Judge. The plaintiff-appellant, Larry Watsy, appeals from the district courts order granting the defendants-prison officials motion for summary judgment in this ร§ 1983 action. Watsy alleged that the manner in which the defendants teargassed him, deprived him of asthma medication, and conducted a strip search of him prior to his transfer to another prison, violated due process and the fourth and eighth amendments. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
